PB’s AT FALKIRK PARKRUN

A handful of Lothian Running Club members contested this weeks Falkirk Parkrun with three of them setting new PB’s for the 5k course within Callander Park and another equalling the their previous best.
The first club runner home was Lana Turnbull who finished 20th overall and 3rd female in a time of 21.06 seconds which replicated her previous best set on October 1st last year.
Two places behind Lana in the female category who was Jill Horsburgh in [23.31] which also placed her 52 nd overall.
The next trio of club runners all set new PB’s Ted Finch came home in 73rd in [25.03] an improvement of 7 seconds, Val Finch improved her time by 22 seconds in crossing the line in [34.11], this placed her 134th overall and 40th female.
A single second was enough to see Mike Turnbull set new figures for the course finishing in 138th in [34.55]. 150 Completed.
