PARKRUN WIN[DY] FOR CHLOE

Chloe Cox continued her good vein of form by taking the women’s title at Saturday’s [26th Nov] Edinburgh Parkrun along an extremely windy waterfront .
Chloe covered the 5k course in 18 minutes 27 seconds which also placed her 8th overall.
The only other club runner in the capital run was Cliff Dicker who crossed the line in 80th place in [24.35]. 178 Completed.

Club members were out in greater numbers at the Falkirk Parkrun where conditions were equally as stormy as Edinburgh, and it wasn’t a surprise that no PB’s were recorded on this ocassion.
Kenton and Saran Jones were the first club male and female finishers in 5th and 27th [6thF] places respectively.
Club junior Iain Horsburgh made his race debut and won the JM14 category, Iain finished 33rd overall in [23.22] pipping his mum Jill who was one place behind in 23.36.
