PB’S AT EAST REGION TRIALS

Three club members contested events at the East Region Trials meeting at Meadowbank Stadium on Sunday, with Robert Inglis and Lauren Arbuckle recording PB’s in their respective races.

Darren Thomson finished runner-up in the Men’s 400 metres in a time of 51:70 seconds while in the Men’s 1500 metres Robert reduced his PB by 5.45 seconds when he crossed the line in 3rd place in 4 minutes 08.35 seconds.

In the Under-15 Girls 800 metres Lauren Arbuckle bettered her previous best time for the distance by 1.32 seconds in finishing in 6th place in 2 minutes 42.80 seconds.
