Devils Burden

Well done to all the 19 Lothian Athletes who competed in the Devils Burden, including those who ran for other teams (disgrace!)
The Lothian men (David Eades, Scott Nelson, Darren Thomson, Robin Galloway, Alistair Robertson and David Berrill) finished in 20th place.
The mixed team (Robin Morris, Jim Alexander, Lorna Eades, Tosh Brannan, John Malcolm and Louise Crilly) finished 44th, an excellent placing for a mixed team.
The ladies team (Jill Horsburgh, Saran Jones, Alison McQuillan, Lynne Murray, Edel Mooney and Helen Murray) finished 70th – 7th female team.
Meanwhile David Bathgate ran the glory leg for Aegon Running Club, helping them to 56th position.
