El-Brim-Ick Dash[Hill Race]Aberdeen. (9 January) postponed

The snow has forced the postponment of the El-Brim-Ick Dash[Hill Race]. Race organiser Ewen Rennie says he will try to hold the race once the snow has retreated.

The Wanlockhead training weekend has also had to be cancelled, but can hopefully be re-arranged for another weekend soon.

Edinburgh parkrun Following a course inspection today – Event 12 (09/01/10) will go ahead as planned at the usual time of 09:30am. We intend to use the original course (subject to change).
Due to the weather and specifically the poor underfoot conditions the Nigel Barge 10k Memorial Road Race (and associated 3k Junior Race) will not go ahead as advertised this coming Saturday 9th January. Both events have been postponed, and will instead take place on Saturday 27th March 2010 with the venue still Garscube Sports Complex. Those who have pre-entered can retain their place for the new date, secure a place in the 2011 race.
